Create Your Account

Qvios works in any web browser on desktops, laptops, or tablets. A separate mobile companion app is coming soon. You can access Qvios at www.qvios.app.

To use Qvios, create a user account with an email address, username, and password. After you sign up, you will receive a verification email. Once verified, log in to start using Qvios. The username you select will be visible to all your team members and to anyone who accesses a protocol you have shared.

Everyone starts with a free Solo plan that includes a limited set of features. You can upgrade to a paid Team plan to unlock all features by going to the “upgrade” page in your user settings. Once the Team plan is active, you can invite others to join a shared team workspace. You can also manage your team’s settings and members on the “team” page in your user settings. Some features described in this documentation assume you are using a Team plan.

When you add or remove team members, the number of seats used changes and is reflected in the next billing cycle. The entire team is on a single subscription and billed together using the selected payment method.

When you invite a new member to your team, they will receive an email with a link to join. If they already have a Qvios account, they can join directly using the link. If they don’t have an account, the link will take them to the sign-up process described above. After they sign up, they are ready to join your team.
